Exceptions to customer service hours in April-May

The Eräluvat customer service will be exceptionally open until 4 PM on April 30th. In May, the customer service will be closed on the 15th and 16th.

On Wednesday, April 30th, the Eräluvat customer service will be exceptionally open until 4 PM. The application period for small game seasonal permits ends at the same time. The application process has been renewed this year, so our customer service is prepared to advice applicants until the end of the application period.

However, on May 15th and 16th, the customer service will be closed. Calls and emails will be answered again on Monday, May 19th.
