Payment options for hut reservations in the new Eräluvat.fi service

Eräluvat.fi has been renewed, and also the payment options for hut reservations have been updated. Read more about the options available for private customers and businesses.

Payment options for private customers

  1. Create a customer account and make reservations online as a logged-in customer. As a logged-in customer, your reservations will be saved to your account, and you can make changes and cancellations to your unpaid reservations yourself. You will receive a payment link for your reservation, through which you can pay by the due date. Payment methods include online banking and credit card. If the reservation is not paid by the due date, the reservation will be canceled.
  2. Make a reservation online as a guest. In this case you will have to pay for your reservation immediately. You will receive a payment link for your reservation, through which you can pay by the due date. Payment methods include online banking and credit card. After this, all matters related to the order (e.g., cancellations) must be handled through customer service.
  3. If you need an invoice for your reservation, you must place the order through customer service. For an invoice, private individuals need to provide their personal Finnish identity code.

The national customer service number for Metsähallitus Parks & Wildlife Finland is +358 (0) 206 396 000, available on weekdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. To call a number starting with 0206, the call cost is €0.00/min + local network rate/mobile charge.

Payment options for businesses

  1. Make a reservation online as a guest. In this case you will have to pay for your reservation immediately. You will receive a payment link for your reservation, through which you can pay by the due date. Payment methods include online banking and credit card. After this, all matters related to the order (e.g., cancellations) will be handled through customer service.
  2. Make a reservation online as a logged-in customer. In the new online service, a business can authorize a person to act on its behalf. The customer account is personal. As a logged-in customer, your reservations will be saved to your account, and you can make changes and cancellations to your unpaid reservations yourself. You will receive a payment link for your reservation, through which you can pay by the due date. Payment methods include online banking and credit card. If the reservation is not paid by the due date, the reservation will be canceled.
  3. Invoices are issued in the new service only for businesses with a Finnish business ID (y-tunnus). Invoicing is handled through the national customer service number for Metsähallitus Parks & Wildlife Finland, +358 (0) 206 396 000, available on weekdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. The invoice must be paid by the due date. To call a number starting with 0206, the call cost is €0.00/min + local network rate/mobile charge.
