The sale of permits and huts for the year 2025 begins

Eräluvat.fi has been renewed. Now you can find destinations, permits, and huts all in the same service. With the renewal, old customer accounts have been deactivated. Therefore, it's a good idea to create a customer account before making your first purchase, as this will allow you to reserve permits and huts and pay for them later. Paid orders will also be visible in your customer account.

Permits and huts will be available for sale on the new Eräluvat service as follows:

Fishing permits

November 19:The sale of the Fisheries Management Fee for 2025 begins. You can pay the Fisheries Management Fee here.
December 10: The sale of angling and trap permits for 2025 begins. On Tuesday, December 10, most angling and trap permits will go on sale. The sale of permits begins at 9 AM on the Eräluvat service and through the Eräluvat service number.
January 3: The sale of resident's angling permit for rivers for Upper Lapland begins. River permits are primarily sold through the Eräluvat service number. Read more about fishing permits for residents.
January 7: The sale of permits for southern Finland's rapids begins. The following destinations will be available: Karvionkoski, Keihärinkoski, Kolima-Keitele rapids route, Kotalan rapids, and Latokartanonkoski. Permits will go on sale at 9 AM. Please note that permits for Konnuskoski and Langinkoski will be available from December 10.
January 7: The sale of angling permits for Upper Lapland begins. The sale of permits begins at 9 AM on the Eräluvat service and through the Eräluvat service number. Permits for Upper Lapland's river destinations will be available in April.

Hunting permits

The sale of hunting permits for waterfowl and hare, small predators and beavers will continue as usual on the new Eräluvat.fi service starting November 19.

December 16: Grouse permits for the January hunt of male black grouse and capercaillie, as well as hunting permits for the willow grouse will become available. Permits can be obtained from 9 AM onwards through the Eräluvat service and the Eräluvat service number 020 69 2424. Read more about grouse permits and see the quotas available for sale.
January 1: The application period for moose hunting area permits begins. Area permits are primarily applied for electronically through the permit application system. The application period ends on January 31 at 4 PM.

Huts

November 26: Huts will be available for reservation for the year 2025. You can read more about the huts on the Huts page.

Off-road traffic permits

November 19: The application period for off-road traffic permits based on applications begins. Read more about off-road traffic permits.
