Taivalkoski trap permit 4004 does not entitle the holder to fish on Lake Kylmäluomanjärvi. In order to fish this lake, the fisher must obtain Kylmäluomanjärvi trap permit 4016.

Fisheries management
Lake Kostonjärvi is stocked with 2-3-year-old trout fry. Some waters of this trap permit area are stocked with one-summer old whitefish fry.
